Odisha BSE Matric 2026: Class 10th exam to begin from February 19, 2026

The Class 10 Matric exams for both Regular and Ex-Regular students will begin on February 19, 2026, and conclude on March 2, 2026.

The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha announced the detailed schedule for the Annual High School Certificate (HSC) Examination 2026 on Friday. The Class 10 Matric exams for both Regular and Ex-Regular students will begin on February 19, 2026, and conclude on March 2, 2026.

As per the notification, all examinations will be conducted in the morning session from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, except the Mathematics paper, which will end at 11:45 am. Practical tests for vocational trade subjects and TLV Practical are slated for February 22.

The examination will be held in two sittings, for regular students will sit in the first sitting and ex-regular students will sit in the second sitting.

The First Language paper will be held on February 19, followed by the Second Language on February 21 and the Third Language on February 23. The Science and Social Science papers are scheduled for February 25 and February 27, respectively, while the Mathematics exam will mark the conclusion of the timetable on March 2.

The examination for the objective (MCQ) paper will be held first on the OMR answer sheet, followed by the subjective paper. The vocational trade (theory) paper will be 50 marks, and the TLV (theory) paper will be 30 marks, both being subjective papers.

The vocational trade practical examination and TLV practical examination will be held on January 27 and February 10, respectively, at the respective OSEPA-registered schools.
